Villa Le Palme is located in the territory of Erice/Trapani, in the valley dominated by the mountain where lies the ancient village of Erice, renowned for its incomparable charm. The villa has a panoramic view of the sea and the coast that delimits the seaside town of San Vito Lo Capo and it is only 12 km away from the villa. YYou enter inside the spacious and bright living room with large windows that lead directly to the verandas and the pool area. The living room has a cozy fireplace and a wooden staircase leading to the first floor and to the bedroom. The kitchen, which opens to the living room, is practical, cheerful and equipped with all necessary. It was built of masonry elements and fine and colored majolica tiles according to the typical Sicilian tradition. The annex of the villa can accommodate four people, in fact there are two rooms that consist of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin with en-suite bathroom. The large swimming-pool with its particular geometric shape lies in this relaxing and green context, an ideal place to refresh and relax.
