Mamma Nunzia is a delightful villa adjacent to the beautiful Vendicari Nature Reserve, a unique archaeological-naturalistic paradise. The house is immersed in a garden with tropical and Mediterranean plants, including the highly perfumed jasmine, of over 1000 square metres, and where there is also the elegant swimming pool area surrounded by a green lawn. The house is on one level, facing the pool, and consists of two units: the main house (3 double bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen) and the annexe (double bedroom, living room-kitchen, bathroom). The exterior is enriched by several relaxation corners with loungers, lounges, rocking chairs, tables and a covered veranda.
