Design villa with breathtaking views over the Golfo di Policastro and the hills of Scario This modern house consists of a main house and a guest house. The house is located in the hills of Scario, between San Giovanni a Piro and Scario. Scario "the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea" is located in the Cilento National Park. This is one of Italy's most beautiful coastlines, which belongs to World Heritage. The town of Scario is 4 km away and is easily reached by a well-trodden road. There are cafés, restaurants, ice-cream bars and shops along the promenade and harbour, where you can imagine yourself in the St Tropez of 30 years ago. The sea and beach are 4 km away. In the immediate vicinity, you can take beautiful walks, rent boats and take boat trips to beaches you can't otherwise reach. The sea and the beach are 4 km away from the house.
