The holiday villa, which is located directly by the sea, is on the north coast of Cyprus. Approx. 25 kilometres east of the harbour town of Kyrenia (Girne), 3 kilometres east of the small town of Esentepe. The two pergola terraces with Cypriot bamboo shading offer marvellous views of the sea and the mountains. (Ground floor terrace: 75m², upper floor terrace: 15m²). Among other things, the villa has a private pool with six sun loungers and indoor and outdoor lighting, so the pool can be used at any time. A well-kept Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa and is planted with carob tartan trees, palms, Chinese roses and many other plants. The garden also has a barbecue and garden chairs. The beautiful villa has a fantastic view of the sea and the so-called Five Finger Mountains. It has four bedrooms (three rooms each have a double bed and one room has two single beds), two bathrooms (one on each floor), a large kitchen with high-quality equipment and a large living room with a pull-out sofa, LCD TV and two dining tables for 6 people each. All rooms have their own small balcony and are equipped with remote-controlled air conditioning. The living room also has air conditioning and a beautiful, large granite fireplace. The nearest ferry port is in Kyrenia (Girne), about 25 kilometres away. The nearest beach and a Black Horse mini market are approx. 200 metres away. A larger supermarket is approx. 1500 metres away. The Korineum Country Club is approx. 10 kilometres away and invites you to play golf. The central location of the villa makes it possible to explore many historical treasures in the immediate vicinity (harbour and old town of Kyrenia, St. Hilarion Castle, Barnabas Monastery, Bellapais Abbey, Kantara Castle) or on day trips (Famagusta, Salamis, Golden Beach on the Karpaz peninsula) and immerse yourself in a world full of enchanting landscapes. Five border crossings allow you to enter Greek Southern Cyprus with ease One advantage is the flexible arrival and departure times. The villa plus garden and pool are looked after by a warm-hearted housekeeper who is available 24 hours a day. On request, the landlords can arrange airport transfers (for an extra charge) and car hire. Car hire is recommended. With 330 days of sunshine a year and a mild climate in winter, Northern Cyprus is the perfect holiday destination at any time of year. We recommend Ercan Airport in Northern Cyprus, which is best reached via a connecting flight from Istanbul (Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines). The distance from Ercan to the house is approx. 35 kilometres. Larnaca Airport (Southern Cyprus) is also an option for arrival and departure (accessible with almost every known airline). The distance from Larnaca is approx. 85 kilometres.
