Villa Fedrita is a private 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with full air conditioning, a south-facing private pool and free Wi-Fi, comfortably equipped for couples and families. It is located in a natural, peaceful setting. The villa is surrounded by lush green mountains, valleys, has sea views and offers unique sunsets.Villa Fedrita is located in a quiet area despite the short distance from Acharavi centre, (only 3-5 minutes' drive). In Acharavi you will find numerous supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas ,... The Hydropolis water park and Acharavi beach are located a short distance from the centre. Kalamaki's gently sloping sandy beach is also close to Acharavi. The mountainous area of Agios Panteleimonas provides expansive views and is perfect for hikers. The living room is on the first level and has two balconies, where you can unwind with a cup of Nespresso or a glass of wine in the silence of nature: in the living area, there is satellite flat-screen T.V. with German, English, French and Dutch-language channels, DVD and CD player. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has mosquito nets on all windows Bedroom 1 has an En-suite bathroom with bath/shower, w.c. and washing machine. Bedroom 2 and 3 have bathroom 2 with combined bath/rain shower and toilet. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom. A stone terrace surrounds the villa. The south-facing pool (10x5x1.35 m) is flooded with sunshine almost all day. The villa is accessed via a private driveway and there is parking for 2 cars. Six sunbeds, two parasols and garden table set are provided by the pool. Bbq-aera: classic stone Bbq, large table and 6 armchair seats. Floor 1: large outdoor terrace: sitting lounges with coffee table, large dining table, 6 federlight chairs. The second outdoor terrace includes 2 reclining chairs with table. For your own comfort, a rental car is highly recommended. A welcome pack on arrival is provided and included. We can recommend some local car rental companies. They offer fair prices compared to larger companies. There is a local phone number of our villa manager available should you need assistance. Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service: Bed linen and towels are included. Bed linen, changed once and towels twice a week. The villa is cleaned twice a week and the pool is cleaned regularly. For your comfort, there are beach towels for each guest, included in the rental price. Central heating and heat pumps are available for off-season visitors.NEW: STARLINK INTERNET !!! Local environment: olive groves, cypresses, natural fauna and flora.Villa Fedrita is very quietly located, amid olive groves and cypresses with views of the mountains and the sea. The village and the beach are a few minutes' drive away. The kids will not be bored in the private pool and the aqua park is only a stone's throw from the centre of Acharavi. For the youngsters, there are a few bars in the village and at the beach where they can socialise with the Corfiot youth. Don't feel like cooking? In the village of Acharavi and by the sea, you can eat well in the many cosy restaurants. You will find all kinds of nice and atmospheric shops, bakeries, pharmacies, several mini and some supermarkets, doctors, ... Especially with small children in Kalamaki, visit the beautiful long sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea. The sea water is pleasantly warm and crystal clear in the summer months. There are numerous hiking trails on Corfu. Meet the hospitality of the Corfiot people along the way! Want to rent a boat? The ports of Roda, Kassiopi, Agni, St.Stefanos... you can go for rentals. Definitely worth visiting are the bays of Agios Stefanos and Kerasia. In the evening, you can enjoy the peace, views and silence from the large balcony on the top floor of our holiday home. You can admire sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine or retsina next to a candle-lit candelabra.
