Splendid villa suitable for up to 10 people, originally a 17th century watchtower, with magnificent views over the Tuscan hills. Enjoy the view with a good glass of wine at any time of day, but especially at sunset. Renovated over the centuries and recently restored, the house still retains the traditional features of a typical Tuscan country house. The property boasts a large garden with a gazebo full of olive trees, fruit trees and flowers, as well as a swimming pool (150 cm deep, 6 x 12 m, open from mid-April to mid-October) and a Jacuzzi (available on request). Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside while relaxing in the pool or hot tub. On a slightly lower garden level, there is a lovely gazebo with a table for 10 and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. For sports enthusiasts, there is a small football pitch (max. 10 players), a ping-pong table and the possibility of wonderful long walks in the oak woods surrounding the property. The 250 m² villa is a typical Tuscan stone house with rustic-style elements such as wooden and terracotta floors and wrought-iron details, but lacking modern comforts such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and a not-so-beautiful whirlpool bath. Simply furnished, the villa has two floors. Ground floor: a reading room with stereo system, a lovely living/dining room with an antique fireplace and satellite TV, DVD player, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer and ice machine, microwave, American coffee machine, moka, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, dishwasher).
