Villa Syrah was built in 2004 on a plot of 550 m² with modern style finishes. It is located in Punta Brava, just behind the Loro Parque. Restaurants, shops and the beach are within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is flooded with light thanks to its large windows and glazed surfaces. More than 700 m² of living space offer enough space for up to 12 people. Right at the entrance is the 60 m² living room with comfortable sofas for up to 10 people. From here you have a direct view and access to the pool. Next to it is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Since it was used by the owner himself, nothing is missing here.
