The holiday flat is located between the districts of Bad Neuenahr and Ahrweiler in the centre of the wine-growing region of the Ahr Valley. It is currently possible to travel on the Ahr Valley Railway between the Walporzheim district and Remagen on the Rhine. Further expansion of the railway upstream is planned for the coming years. Excursions to the Rhine (e.g. to Bonn and Koblenz) are also possible, as is a city trip to Cologne, around 50 kilometres away.
