This holiday flat, newly furnished in 2017 with an inviting design, full of cosiness on a spacious 69 sqm, is located in a very quiet south-facing slope of the Gehrenberg: only about 5 minutes walk to the city centre as well as to the edge of the forest, it is ideal for your relaxing holiday as well as for business trips. Particularly attractive for families: a beautiful playground near the house and lots of nature will delight children at any time of year: picnic and tobogganing meadows with a marvellous panorama of Lake Constance. In summer, the pleasant temperature is immediately noticeable due to the location and construction of the flat. The separate entrance leads directly into the spacious living/dining area with an attractive bay window flooded with light (including external shutters). The living area has a sofa bed (sleeping area 120 x 220 m), TV and multimedia system (including Blu-Ray, DVD and USB).
