Nesslau is a unique landscape with over 100 kilometres of hiking trails. There are plenty of climbing routes for those who want to get up high. Due to the hilly topography, Toggenburg is ideal for mountain bikers. If you would like to relax with a walk, the romantic Thurweg, the Wolzenalp with its signposted circular trail, the barefoot path through the high moor or the newly created Höhenweg are all inviting. There are many mountain lakes for swimming. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are various mountain and chair lifts, ski lifts and cross-country ski trails.
