This newly refurbished flat with many sophisticated features is located in a listed outbuilding of one of the oldest villas in Graz. Opposite the flat is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social and Economic Sciences) of the Karl-Franzens University. Zinzendorfgasse, the hotspot of the neighbourhood with student bars and nice shops, is a 3-minute walk away. There is a bakery with a small coffee house in the building. The nearest public transport is a two-minute walk away. The University of the Arts, the University of Music, the city park or the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreational area can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the state hospital, the technical university and Graz city centre in 15 minutes.
