The ground floor is about 75 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a two flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed (there can also sleep two extra persons). There is also a room next to it, which includes a table football nad from this room. You can go outside to the barbecue and teracce which is connected with outdoor swimming pool. Swimming pool has terrace suitable for sunbathing with five deck chairs. On the other side you can go into the garage directly from house. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, double freezer with ice in cubes or crushed ice also with cold water for drink, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with washing machine. As the ceilings are very high. On the floor are situated three bedrooms with a double beds, one of them have own toilet with shower, the other two have toilet and shower togeother. One room have a crib. On outside area is sheltered terrace with big wooden table from this tarrace you can jump into your own swimming pool, on the other side of teracce is situated grill/barbecue, also terrace is connested with kitchen. In front of house is possibility to parking 4 cars, and one also into the garage. Rooms on the floor have their own two teracce one is sheltered and one is not (suitable for sunbathing).
