Welcome to the beautiful Upper Lusatia, the lake and pond landscape, one of the most biodiverse regions in Germany, on the River Spree and the Bautzen reservoir. Holiday flat for 4 adults: 1 large double bed (1.80m x 2m), 2 single beds + 1 baby bed. 1 pet is welcome, the property is fenced. We look forward to welcoming you to our light-flooded 81 m² holiday flat. It offers plenty of space. The flat is located on the ground floor, in a sunny half of the house, with a separate entrance (three steps), plus a balcony and a large covered terrace with direct access to the garden. In the bright and cosily furnished living room/bedroom, we have placed particular emphasis on the comfort of the beds. A large TV and a lounge suite make the room perfect. A spacious, open and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a view of our large garden invites you to enjoy a cosy meal. The walk-in bar in the large hallway is the perfect place to relax in the evening. You can also enjoy a romantic bath in the large triangular bathtub with candlelight and a glass of sparkling wine. On cold days you are welcome to use our fireplace. Our adventure garden: sunbathing and relaxing, barbecue area and fire pit, herb garden for the senses, table tennis table, sandpit, paddling pool, water hose for spraying, tent for overnight stays.
