Three modern holiday apartments in a newly built (2016) designer house close to the sea Newly built apartments in Bibinje, (two 40m2 each and one 130 m²), completed in 2016, we are waiting for our first guests. The apartments are in a quiet part of Bibinje, 200 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the marina Dalmacija. The apartments are located near the school, the first shop is only ca 100 m and the city of Zadar is a 10 minute drive. A glass sliding door leads out onto the terrace with wooden flooring, inviting you to relax. The centrepiece of this 40m² apartment for four people is the air-conditioned living room with an integrated kitchen. The large, comfortable corner sofa, which also serves as a sofa bed for two people, faces the flatscreen TV and the glass sliding door leading out onto the terrace. In the middle of the room there is the modern dining space consisting of a round table and four chairs. The aubergine-coloured kitchen unit behind it is equipped with a stove, oven, sink, fridge and microwave. The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a double bed 200cm wide, bedside tables and lamps and a large wardrobe. The very modern bathroom is tiled in an aubergine colour and provides ideal conditions for a good start to the day, with a walk-in glass shower cubicle, a toilet and an elegant washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a mirror. The beach is about 400 metres away, Zadar is 10min drive away, market 100m, restorants 200m.
