The 200-year-old listed farmhouse is in a quiet and idyllic location next to a waterfall and forest and has access to the lake (150 metres away). The house has a modern kitchen, a historic farmhouse parlour and cosy, wood-panelled rooms. It has recently been partially renovated (new floors, freshly painted) There are several seating areas around the house, a lush flowering garden and a sunbathing lawn right by the lake. The area is suitable for hiking, swimming, biking, skiing and fishing. Alpine skiing in Meiringen-Hasliberg, 15 minutes by car.
