The holiday flat on the first floor, accessible via an open wooden staircase, covers approx. 60 square metres and is lovingly furnished for your well-being. It has a living room with TV, rocking chair, games and radio, two bedrooms - one with a double bed, large wardrobe, two armchairs, a table and a cot if required; the other with two single beds, a couch, bedside cabinet and wardrobe, including various toys for all ages. The kitchen is fully equipped with sink, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, ready for your culinary explorations. Outside the flat, the spacious, west-facing balcony invites you to watch the horses of the nearby Wagner thoroughbred Arabian stud farm in their paddock or enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.
