The apartment is on the first floor of the house and it can accommodate up to six people comfortably. It consists of three bedrooms with two double beds (160 x 200cm) and two single beds, two bathrooms, a hallway, and a large living and dining room. One bathroom has a shower and WC, the oher has a bath and WC, as well as a washing machine. The fully-equipped kitchen is modern and in a good condition, with a stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine. The living room has a TV with satellite reception. Of course the apartment is also provides air conditioning. The apartment is in a Mediterranean villa in Banjole bay, right near the sea and just 4km from Pula. It is not far from the well-known Kamenjak nature reserve. Outside there is a garden with a grill, table, chairs and sun loungers. There is ample parking space available on the street in front of the house. The plot is fenced, with its main entrance towards the street and a garden gate providing direct access to the seaside. You can use the exclusive whirlpool in the garden for up to six people freely. The owners live in the house and are happy to assist with any queries and to arrange entertaining activities on request, such as one-day boat trips to Rovinj and other beautiful places, or tasting of traditional Istrian wines and dishes in enchanting surroundings. They also hire bicycles and a rowing boat and can arrange motorboat hire. Moorings are available (see supplementary costs). Cots and highchairs are available and can be provided free of charge on request. There is wireless Internet access throughout the house. The picturesque landscape invites you to go hiking and cycling. The house is by a popular cycle path. Water sports enthusiasts and sun worshippers can find many bays with pebbled and sandy beaches. Owing to the proximity of the sea, you can find the best fish restaurants of the region here. The nearest supermarket is about 500 metres away. There is a pebbled beach about 100 metres away. The town of Pula is 5km away and the Kamenjak nature reserve about 8km. A large balcony stretches along the whole side of this beautiful and atmospheric apartment that faces the sea, inviting you to relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the bay.
