The stairs may not be suitable for people with impaired walking or sight, so you can rest in the utmost comfort on a solid box-spring double bed and in the separate adjoining room on a super-comfortable sofa bed under cosy down duvets and let the rising sun wake you up; in the evening you can enjoy the heavenly tranquillity of the idyllic inner courtyard. As in the entire house, underfloor heating is also installed here, which emits heat evenly and pleasantly. Sun-yellow roller blinds on the windows facing the inner courtyard provide privacy, while the parquet flooring makes the rooms pleasant to walk on and easy to clean, as does the bright and friendly wet area. Right next to the apartment complex you will find the Mainkai promenade for strolling and sunbathing, as well as a well-run international restaurant with sun terraces, lounge and vaulted cellar.
