A recently renovated location, characterised by pleasant finishing touches, cared for in every detail to offer guests the best comfort. It blends in its furnishings, the Apulian tradition with an innovative design that meets the needs of guests The flat is equipped with every comfort and is finished in every detail. It is located about 400 m from the beautiful coastline: a quiet street, easily walkable on foot. It offers reserved car parking and has a private garden for relaxation. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need: TV, electrical appliances and utensils of primary necessity. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is autonomous and is not included in the price: a meter monitors consumption, which will then be paid for by the guest at check-out. When you enter the property you will find the flat already clean and stocked with everything you need, including one set of sheets and one set of towels (shower towel + face towel + guest towel) per guest.
