Marina di Pulsano is a small seaside village 18 km east of Taranto, a summer holiday resort with long sandy beaches alternating with small bays, a fine sandy beach and crystal clear water, with all amenities such as fish restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy and church, all within walking distance, and a regular bus service to the capital Taranto, where wineries offer wine tastings in autumn. The house's own 13 metre offshore sailing yacht can be booked for day trips for fishing, snorkelling or sailing courses.
