The holiday flat is located in the holiday complex "Dünenresidenz Usedom" directly behind the dune of the idyllic sandy beach of Karlshagen and is only 150 m away from the beach (textile and nudist) and has been rented out since 2005. The flat is about 64 square metres and offers enough space for 2-4 persons. The flat is at ground level with direct access to the terrace and garden. The living room with kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped (satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with oven, dishwasher and microwave etc.).
