In this fully renovated farmhouse, over 300 years old and situated in a rural setting surrounded by nature, you can still experience a piece of authentic Austria. Experience a touch of the past while enjoying the present. The cozy bedroom, furnished with restored 19th-century pieces, offers a picturesque view of the Untersberg. The kitchen-living room features a dishwasher, a pull-out couch in front of the TV, a radio, a CD player, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the view of the beautiful countryside from the table. The apartment is equipped with electric underfloor and infrared heating and has a separate entrance. Outside, you have exclusive use of a large sun terrace, a small garden with a lawn, garden furniture, lounge chairs, etc., as well as 2 parking spaces. Enjoy the beautiful landscape with views of the mountains, flower-filled meadows, and the scent of fresh hay. Upon request, we’d be happy to open the house chapel for you for a moment of quiet reflection. This vacation rental is ideal for those sensitive to electronics, as the Wi-Fi can be turned off! The farmhouse is situated in a sunny, secluded location with views of the mountains. The nearest town, St. Koloman, is 2 km away. Many special attractions, hiking trails, and swimming lakes are within easy reach. The Untersbergbahn in Grödig, Eisriesenwelt, and Werfen Castle, as well as Salzburg, Hallein, and the Trattberg alpine pastures, are popular destinations. A vast hiking area with mountain huts awaits you there. You can also reach the Berchtesgaden National Park with Lake Königsee, Lake Chiemsee in Bavaria, as well as Lake Fuschl, Lake Wolfgang, and much more in less than an hour. Take a stroll from the nearby Roman Bridge along a mountain stream. Hike through the Lammer and Almbach gorges. Take a walk to and around Seewaldsee, nestled in a beautiful nature reserve, or hike down into the valley to the mystical Georgenberg and on to Kuchl. Let yourself be enchanted by these beautiful surroundings! For the duration of your stay, you can use buses and local trains—including those to Salzburg—for FREE with your guest card.
