Inside the holiday flat, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with high-quality appliances such as a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave with grill function, a 4-ring ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a freezer compartment, leaving nothing to be desired. The living/bedroom is not only equipped with a cosy double bed and a sofa bed, but also with a washing machine (for a fee) and a daylight bathroom with bathtub or shower. In just a few minutes you can walk to the nearest tram stop (approx. 150m), from where you can reach the beginning of the city centre at Augustusplatz with its theatre, opera and Gewandhaus after four stops. The railway station is only five stops away. Alternatively, you can take a walk through a nearby park, which will take you to Augustusplatz in around 20 minutes.
