The location is excellent, being situated in the old town and just a walking distance from the harbour ,historic centre with amazing architecture and history, close to many bars and restaurants and all amenities. Outside in front of the studio your private sunny terrace awaits you with a dining table, a wooden bench and chairs. It is ideal for relaxing in the shade of grape vines. The studio apartment on the ground floor of the new annex to the stone house consists of a combined living room and bedroom with an integrated, open kitchen and a daylight bathroom. A local ferry lines are very frequent so you have a possibility to make a daily trip to the nearby islands.
