The house is located on a small road that branches off from the main road (500m after the petrol station in Gennadi) towards the sea. The distance to the sea is less than 500 metres. The terrace is furnished with a nice dining table & comfortable chairs for 6 people. On the terrace by the pool, all guests can relax on great pool loungers - sufficient sun protection is provided. To the side of the house is a beautiful lawn, which is in the shade from midday and is ideal for children to play on. Directly adjacent is the garden shed, where you can store your suitcases. The house was built in 2014 and purchased by us in November 2018. It offers space for 6 adults + 2 small children. In addition to the beds and the sofa bed, there are 2 children's travel beds in the house, for children up to 1 metre tall, approx. 2.5 to 3 years.
