The comfortable holiday home is located in the uniquely designed four-sided courtyard in the historic town centre of Annaberg-Buchholz and is well-known from the press, radio and television. Outside you can relax in a quiet seating area with garden furniture and parasol. Garden loungers are also available. Your car cannot be parked on the premises, but there are free parking spaces in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the hallway, the bedroom and a storage room. Upstairs there is a living room, another bedroom (bed 2 m x 0.90 m), the kitchen and a shower room. The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed (2 m x 1.90 m), two bedside cabinets and a mirror console. In the living room you will find glass cupboards, a corner sofa, two armchairs, a table, a stereo system and a satellite system with a flat screen TV (127 diagonal). The bedroom has a single bed. The fitted kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, a fridge, a coffee machine, a microwave and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. The Erzgebirge is considered one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany.
