We are 5 minutes from the beach, with a large garden equipped for outdoor dining and sea view. area suitable for outdoor walks! the garden is completely fenced and safe also for children and equipped with garden furniture, (with an area for outdoor dining, with wooden table and chairs for the exclusive use of each flat). For your barbecues we have barbecues in an equipped area (with wooden veranda and gazebo) on reservation (free of charge), where you will also find a small playground for children. Private parking space inside the building, in our own courtyard. Three-room flat with independent entrance, located on the ground floor. Suitable for couples, families or groups.
