Picture this: a spacious and light-filled apartment located in a small, peaceful complex. The perfect balance between serene calm and the convenience of a central location, right at the foot of the dunes and at the start of beautiful hiking and cycling routes. And from your balcony, a free view of a breathtaking nature reserve. This modern, yet cozy apartment is spacious enough for 5 adults to stay comfortably, without feeling cramped. The homely interior ensures you feel right at home, while the modern amenities make sure you’re never short of anything during your stay.

A View to Dream Of
Upon entering the apartment on the first floor, you’re welcomed into a spacious hall, complete with a practical toilet. The hall leads you to a cozy living room. With five comfortable seats, including a double sofa and three armchairs, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax in front of the TV after a day of adventures. Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find a spacious kitchen, fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. A large dining table invites you for long evening meals or cozy game nights. The kitchen itself is equipped with a stove, combi-microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, and kettle. Through a sliding door, you step out onto the covered balcony (10m2), furnished with chairs, a table, and an umbrella, offering an unobstructed view of the adjoining nature reserve. An idyllic spot to enjoy breakfast while listening to birds chirping, or to end the day with a glass of wine in hand.

Comfort for Everyone
After a day full of impressions, our apartment on the second floor offers three comfortable bedrooms to retreat to. The first bedroom features a luxurious double bed (180x200cm), a nightstand, and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom, with two single beds (90x200cm), a spacious wardrobe, and chairs, and the third bedroom, with one single bed (90x200cm) and a dresser, ensure that everyone has their own space. The compact bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, washbasin, and hairdryer—everything you need to start the day fresh or end it relaxed. On the second floor, you'll also find a washing machine in the storage area, for your exclusive use during your stay.

Have you ever dreamed of a vacation where the sea greets you in the morning and nature embraces you with peace and beauty? Then Zoutelande, located on the stunning island of Walcheren in Zeeland, is your next destination. It’s a place where nature, culture, and adventure come together. Let’s explore together what Zoutelande and its surroundings have to offer. Zoutelande, affectionately called the 'Zeeland Riviera,' is the perfect place to relax. With one of the highest dunes in the Netherlands, the beach of Zoutelande not only offers a beautiful view but also a unique chance to breathe in the salty sea air and unwind. The beach is a lovely spot for long walks, sunbathing, or building sandcastles with the kids.

From Zoutelande, you can easily cycle to Westkapelle and Domburg, where you can enjoy historical landmarks and cozy cafés. Want to explore even more of Walcheren? Middelburg, the capital of Zeeland, is rich in historic monuments and charming streets. Visit the impressive Abbey Complex, the Lange Jan tower, or wander through the old town with its unique shops and cozy terraces. Middelburg is a city where history and gezelligheid (coziness) go hand in hand. Vlissingen, located by the Westerschelde, offers a unique maritime experience. With its long promenade, where you can almost touch the ships, and the MuZEEum, which tells the rich maritime history of the city, Vlissingen is a must-visit for sea lovers.
