Luxart Krk spa Residence 1 is situated in a very good location, just a few minutes from the town centre. Shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, souvenir shops, cafes, beach, ATM, all these facilities are reachable in a few minutes walk. This residence is located on the ground floor of the building, and has a large terrace with hydromassage pool. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs, deckchairs and a barbecue.
