For those who like hiking, the nearest hiking trail starts only 50 meters from the door. It is approx. 4.9 km to the nearest grocery store and town, and 23 km to the nearest restaurant. A 15-foot boat is included in the price. The boat is moored at Eiksåvannet, only 50 meters from the apartment. The boat is equipped with GPS and mandatory safety equipment (lifebuoy, 4 emergency rockets, sea anchor, fire extinguisher and bucket). Life jackets are available. There are 2 parking spaces at the house in summer and winter.
