Out in the protected Ulvshaleskov forest with peace, birds and wildlife lies this cozy, undisturbed summer house. The house is 77 square meters with a large natural plot. There is a wooden terrace all the way around the house and a small reed-grown lake where the green-legged bunting nests. The cottage contains: spacious bedroom with double bed with a hallway to a bright living room with dining table and double sofa bed. The living room has large glass panels and a beautiful view of the outdoor area, where in the summer you can pick blueberries for your breakfast. This living room is connected to a smaller living room, which has an alcove and a wood-burning stove/heat pump and a functional kitchen. From here, a hallway with access to a utility room with an extra refrigerator with a small freezer and a nice bright bathroom and access to a terrace with a small outdoor kitchen. There are many opportunities for wonderful hiking/cycling in the area as well as kayaking/fishing. It is about 3 km to the lovely child-friendly sandy beach Ulvshale Strand, 2 km to Nyord By and 9 km to Stege with fine shopping opportunities.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
