Surrounded by a picturesque natural meadow, you will find a retreat of peace and relaxation on the edge of the Göltzsch Valley, which can only be reached on foot via a charming meadow path. The unique location guarantees you absolute privacy and an undisturbed holiday in the midst of nature. Inside, you will find loving and comfortable furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. An inviting porch leads you into the cosy living room with its semi-integrated modern kitchen, flat-screen TV and radio. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a marvellous view over the property and the valley. A further room with two convertible sofa beds and a large wardrobe offers flexible sleeping options. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils. A dishwasher is not available. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the interior. Outside, the well-tended garden with various oases of tranquillity, including a swing and a spacious terrace of over 18 m², invites you to linger from sunrise to sunset. The large freshwater pool, intended for communal use, promises refreshment on hot summer days. A personal parking space and a charging point for electric cars round off the offer and make your stay even more comfortable.
