The 77 m² flat for 4+2 persons (sofa bed suitable for children up to 1.50 m tall) is located in the former 'haystack', directly opposite the main building and is divided into 2 floors. Ground floor: entrance, living room with sofa bed, dining area with kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom with shower, storage room. Upper floor: double bedroom, bathroom with shower, bedroom with two single beds. In the garden in front of the house there is a pavilion with table and chairs. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the typical landscape between the Val d'Elsa and the Terre Senesi. Each flat has its own covered terrace with exclusive garden furniture. Even the outdoor spaces have been designed to offer guests maximum comfort: a large swimming pool (16x8, open from May to October, 1 to 1.50 m deep), surrounded by a tiled solarium with terracotta floors, equipped with parasols and deckchairs; the bocce court, barbecue area and covered parking area have been skilfully adapted to the rustic setting.
