The central place in the yard is occupied by a swimming pool with sun loungers next to which there is a grill and an outdoor shower. The nearest pebble beach is 200 meters away, as well as the center of the town where there are restaurants, shops and cafes. There are 2 parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa and the entire facility has WI-FI. Near the villa is the Krka National Park with beautiful waterfalls and the historic town of Nin.
