This cosy holiday flat is located on the first floor of a flat hotel above the village, within walking distance of the centre, the lake and close to the edge of the forest. The balcony is furnished with four chairs and a dining table, inviting you to enjoy a meal together outside. Outside, there is a large garden with a large lawn, pond and trees and a children's playground for shared use. The hobby room with table tennis table, pool table, table football and darts offers variety. With the exception of the free table tennis table (including balls and bats in the flat), the table equipment and the dartboard are coin-operated. For an active holiday, you can use the fitness room on request and for an extra charge (see additional costs "special request"). A ski room and a bicycle room are also available. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the utility room with a coin slot. You can park your car safely and securely in the underground car park. From now on, you can round off active days in the sauna (for a fee). For the little ones there is a toddler playroom with a table and chairs for accompanying adults. The pizzeria in the building is also open again and can be reached through the building without having to go outside. Take the lift from the underground car park to the first floor to your two-room flat with a living space of 47 m². The cosily furnished flat with balcony welcomes up to four people. In the double room, you sleep in a double bed with two separate mattresses, each measuring 90 cm x 190 cm. The double bed is surrounded by two bedside cabinets with wall-mounted reading lamps. There is also a wardrobe with a mirror element in this room to store your travelling wardrobe. There is also enough space in the bedroom to set up a baby cot, which is available free of charge. The centrepiece of the flat is the living room with adjoining open-plan kitchen and integrated dining area. After a day out, take a seat on the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, which is also suitable for a third and fourth guest with a sleeping area of 150 x 203 cm. Next to the sofa, two armchairs offer cosy seating. The flat-screen TV with satellite connection provides entertainment in the evening. The open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals using a glass ceramic hob (two hotplates with additional plate), a fridge with freezer compartment, a filter and capsule coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven and cooking utensils. The bathroom was renovated in November 2014 and is equipped with a shower cubicle, a wash hand basin with illuminated mirror cabinet and a WC. All floor coverings were replaced at the same time with additional underfloor heating in the bathroom and corridor. The wireless internet connection via WLAN is free of charge in the flat. From the bedroom and the living area, you can access the balcony in no time at all through the outside door, which lets in plenty of natural light. There are shops, grocery shops, cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area. The centre is only 400 metres away. Hot bread rolls in the morning are available from the bakery 600 metres away. Thanks to the bus stop 200 metres away and the train station 400 metres away, it is also easy to get here by public transport. There is a sandy beach and an outdoor pool around the bathing lake. A sailing school is 800 metres away. Tennis players can look forward to the indoor tennis centre 200 m away. Hiking trails into the nearby forest and the picturesque nature of the Black Forest start almost directly from the front door after 100 metres. The ski lift is two kilometres away, a toboggan run 150 metres and the cross-country ski trail 200 metres. Nearby attractions include the Rothaus brewery (10 km), the Black Forest house ''Hüsli'' at the same distance and St. Blasien Cathedral (15 km). Well-known ski resorts are also within easy reach, such as the Feldberg (10 km) and Todtnauberg (20 km). The same applies to well-known lakes in the surrounding area such as the Schluchsee (500 m) or the Titisee (25 km). The Hochschwarzwald fun park, especially for children, is 300 metres away.
