The holiday home is located in Alt Schadow in the Märkische Heide district in a fenced settlement. It is about 140 metres from the holiday home to Lake Neuendorf. Next to the estate there is a restaurant and a shop (kiosk) for your breakfast rolls and holiday newspaper. The Märkische Heide with its charming surroundings casts a spell over every nature lover. The Märkische Heide district with its 17 municipalities is located in the north-eastern part of the Spreewald, about 80 km from Berlin and is an ideal starting point for exploring the Upper and Lower Spreewald, but also centrally located for day trips to the strongholds of Lübben, Lübbenau, Burg and Schlepzig. Potsdam, Berlin and Dresden also offer cultural highlights and are within easy reach. A trip to Poland, 65 kilometres away, extends the range of experiences. The heathland with its beautiful forests and dreamy forest lakes is an important element for recreation and relaxation. Lake Neuendorf is suitable for swimming and water sports. Fishing licences are available from the fishermen. For active holidaymakers, well-developed and signposted hiking and cycling trails have been created in recent years. Bicycles for exploring nature and rowing boats for anglers are available for a small maintenance fee. A licence-free outboard motor can also be hired (see prices). Due to its abundance of mushrooms, the Märkische Heide is also very popular in autumn and ideal for mushroom hunters. The holiday home is comfortably furnished. There is more than enough space around the house so that the neighbours are not too close. The property is completely fenced. There is a fireplace and a separate terrace. Naturally, the garden furniture (table, chairs, swing and a beach chair) is included. The holiday home is located on a completely fenced property for sole use. The surrounding area is rich in woods and lakes, far away from traffic noise. The beach is 150 metres away. You can go surfing, swimming and boating on the lake. Fishing is possible on the lake and in the Spree. You can go on extensive cycling tours and hikes around the Neuendorfer See, along the Spree or to the idyllic forest lakes in the neighbourhood (Milasee, Godnasee, Grubensee, Springsee). These are very popular with naturists. There is also the opportunity to play table tennis. There is a playground on the beach at Lake Neuendorf. Inline skating is also possible. The nearest supermarket is 6 km away. The restaurant with bowling alley is 50 metres away. At the restaurant there is a kiosk for daily necessities. Nearest towns Lübben and Storkow approx. 25 km, Bad Saarow 25 km, Lübbenau 35 km.
