The house is located near Nocchi (Camaiore), approx. 20 minutes (by car) from the sandy beach and is surrounded by olive groves, fruit trees and vineyards. A swimming pool (4m x 2m x 1m) is available to guests from 01.05 to 31.10. The large, unfenced property is accessible via a private path and is equipped with an electric barrier.
