This beautiful villa is located in the small village of Sesmarias, which consists of small villas. Only three kilometres from two of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve (Caneiros and Carvoeiro). The villa has its own swimming pool with mosaic decoration, which is cleaned very regularly. Orange trees border the pool and a peaceful garden surrounds the house. Next to the pool there is a grill where you can prepare delicious fish fresh from the sea. The property is fenced and therefore also dog friendly. The Algarve-style villa for six people has a living area of approximately 100 m². The centre of the small town is only 150 metres away and has a mini-market, two cafés, a newsagent and a restaurant. Within three kilometres you can reach beautiful beaches (Praia dos Carneiros, Praia do Carvoeiro), picturesque fishing villages, as well as a golf course, tennis courts and a water adventure park. A small beach can also be reached on foot, two kilometres away.
