It is a ground floor building made of stone, with an arched tile roof and a double-spaced mezzanine. On the ground floor, the living room hosts a large wood kiln, two open single-bed spaces, the kitchen and a large bathroom fully equipped, with auxiliary areas with wooden and marble casings. The master double-bed room in the mezzanine is isolated by a latticed wood panel. On the north and south-west sides, two courtyards with wooden pergolas and long gardens planted with fruit-bearing trees lend themselves to a direct contact with nature, whereas the small round pool in the south-western courtyard offers some cool during the summer.
