It's just a ten minutes drive from Poreč and the sea, but far away from erratic coastal tourism - ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday with friends, children and pets. In the immediate vicinity are cycling and hiking trails, in the village and in the surrounding area known vineyards. Three kilometers away is the well-known cave Baredine and the associated tractor-open-air museum. Popular beaches such as Plava laguna, Zelena laguna and the beach of Poreč are ten minutes away by car. The villa faces south and has terraces on each floor with distant views of the western coast. Post office, church, school and a small shop are in the next village Nova (2 km). The vegetable market and a fish hall can be found in Poreč.
