The house features a balcony and a beautiful roof terrace - both offer stunning panoramic views across the sea and to Split,Trogir, Kastela bay and the islands of Brac and Solta. To the other side they overlook the mountains of Kozjak and Mosor. Downstairs in the garden area are barbecue facilities. The traditional stone house was built in 1930 and has only recently been extensively renovated in period October 2017 - April 2018. It features 210 m² of living space, spread over three floors. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a generous living-/dining area. WLAN, Sat TV and plenty of bedsheets are included in the rental fee.
