This light holiday apartment is in a perfect seaside holiday location just a few steps from the blue Adriatic along the Dalmatian coastal locality of Jesenice in the sunny south of Croatia. You can make yourselves comfortable at the table with chairs and enjoy the extensive view over the sea. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the enclosed site. The spacious 72m² apartment occupies the ground floor of a two-storey residential house from the year 1965, whose upper floor is occupied by the owner. It was fully renovated in 2016 and provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units (cool and warm) in all rooms. As the apartment benefits from its own separate entrance, privacy is ensured. Your apartment is only about 20 metres from the blue sea just down the stairs and across the road and you are in beautiful Adriatic sea. It is about 500 metres to the nearest long sandy beach. Shops, cafés and restaurants are about 1000 metres away. It is about 100 metres to a bus stop with regular and direct connections to Split and Omis.
