This 50 sqm flat is located on the third and last floor of a building with a lift on the seafront. It is in a very quiet and exclusive location and has two balconies overlooking the sea, and is perfect for those who love the sea. Due to its location directly by the sea, one has the feeling of being on a cruise, with the pleasant difference that one's feet actually rest on dry land.
