The flat is located on the first floor (piano nobile) of no. 92 Via Garibaldi. During the winter holiday period, one can visit the 'Presepe Monumentale' (Monumental Crib) in the basement of Duke Ascanio Della Corgna's palace, each year inspired by contemporary social themes. In spring, there is the 'Mostra Mercato' (market exhibition) of typical agro-food products during the Easter period, when 'I Quadri Viventi' (living paintings) on the Passion Death and Resurrection of Christ are reproduced in the basement of Palazzo Orca. Throughout the year, one can enjoy splendid views along the various landscape itineraries, the most recent of which has just been inaugurated (July 2020): 'La Passerella di San Pietro' (St. Peter's Footbridge), whose views sweep from Umbria to the Tuscan Val d'Orcia.
