The lift takes you directly from the underground car park to the penthouse with its private entrance. When you open the private entrance door, you enter directly into the spacious hallway with plenty of storage space and a full-length mirror. Living room In the modern and tasteful living room you will find a real leather sofa with a view of the Loewe flat screen TV and a Sonos multi-room sound system for the perfect sound. Store your bottle of wine in the wine fridge during the day and enjoy it in the evening to the crackling sound of the wood-burning fireplace. Kitchen A true cooking experience awaits you in the fully equipped kitchen. Starting with the ceramic hob, oven with cooking function or a large selection of additional kitchen appliances, it is possible to conjure up anything. The large dining table offers enough space for up to 6 people with comfortable leather chairs. Bedroom + bathroom en suite The large bedroom with direct access to the en suite bathroom is a perfect retreat for young and old. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds and a Lowew flat screen TV. The direct view of the TV invites you to watch the last film before going to bed. In the bathroom you will find a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, a washbasin, a toilet and the highlights are the whirlpool bath and an infrared cabin with space for one person. In the second bathroom you will find a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, washbasin, toilet and a large sauna. Roof terrace From the living room you can reach the roof top terrace with a limited sea view through the skylight. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the first and last rays of sunshine of the day with a cosy meal. The exclusive location of the Binzer Parkvillen in the green Heinrich-Heine Park is only a few metres from the centre of the Baltic seaside resort of Binz and the fine sandy beach. Construction work is progressing well and the roof truss will be erected in November 2022. However, we do not have a precise construction schedule. We are therefore currently unable to make a binding statement about the remaining construction period. However, it is realistic to assume that the work, which could lead to noise pollution, will be largely completed by spring 2023. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that the construction work will cause disruption. The Paradise Cloud and Beach Cloud have very good windows that ensure excellent sound insulation when closed. Should there be any noise disturbance, we offer our guests a discount of 10 to 20% on the accommodation price for all bookings, even retrospectively, in order to compensate for any restrictions on an untroubled holiday experience. A short video as proof is completely sufficient for us. The amount of the discount depends on the degree of annoyance. We assume that the Baltic Cloud should not currently be affected. If this should be the case, we ask our guests to contact us directly in order to find a solution together.
