The flat also has a covered balcony. 2nd floor / Lift / Wifi yes / 2 rooms with double beds / 1 room with two bunk beds / 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub / 1 bathroom with WC and shower The flat is located directly at the cross-country skiing trail and close to the sports bus, ski school meeting point, ice field, sports field, as well as the various shopping facilities. - the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid directly to the landlord on site (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen. - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
