La proximité de la maison avec la plage de la mer en fait un séjour de vacances idéal pour les amis et la famille. Vous pouvez visiter Vera et Mojácar en voiture. Il est également proche du parc naturel de Cabo de Gata (Playa de los Muertos, Los Genoveses, San José, Mónsul. L'appartement est à seulement 300m de la marina et à 400m de la meilleure plage de Garrucha. Tout est situé à proximité de la propriété afin que vous puissiez rejoindre les épiceries, la nourriture, la promenade, la plage à pied. chambre, il y a aussi un petit balcon d'où vous pouvez voir un morceau d'eau et la mer. Les clients doivent se conformer aux règles de la communauté des propriétaires et ne pas déranger les voisins avec du bruit. On ne sait toujours pas si la piscine est disponible ou pas en raison des restrictions COVID.

This place was a hidden gem! We loved being so close to the promenade and trying out local restaurants like Tierra y Mar and El Pintxo, The living room was spacious, and we enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen, Definitely would come back for another summer getaway!
The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, It had everything we needed for a family vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen, The kids enjoyed playing in the garden while we relaxed in the sun, It was easy to get to nearby attractions like Cabo de Gata, Overall, a pleasant experience!
Clean, comfortable, and well-located, The proximity to Las Marinas-Bolaga Beach was a definite plus, Although we didn't get to use the pool due to restrictions, the kids still had a great time at the beach, The host was responsive and welcoming, making our stay hassle-free
Super nice spot! Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked like a charm, Loved being able to walk to the promenade, It felt safe and quiet, I'd definitely recommend it for a low-key beach getaway
Very cozy apartment with a nice layout, Plenty of space for our group, The kitchen had all the basics which made cooking easy, Nearby attractions like Cabo de Gata were beautiful, Just a heads up, the parking situation was a bit tight at times
The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms, which was a big plus, It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants, A must-visit is Gbg Garrucha for some tasty food, Overall, enjoyed our stay but could've used better communication about pool access
