This two bedroom apartment with a city view has a private entrance and it is on the second floor. This air conditioned apartment can perfectly fit up to three people. Equipped kitchen comes with oven, refrigerator, water kettle, trash cans, stove and kitchen utensils. The private bathroom comes with a shower and toilet.
Hairdryer, towels as well as bed linen are at your disposal.
If You want to see a lot of famous sights, this is the perfect location for You! The accommodation is situated inside the city walls, so everything You may need is in 300 meters range.
The Old Town’s central street Stradun is just a minute walk away.
The accommodation is located just 600 meters from the nearest beach Banje, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 200 meters away.
There is no need for public transit while You're staying here, but if You want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, You can be there in a 10 minute drive.
Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk from the property.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Je reviendrais et le recommanderais à des amis. L'appartement était très spacieux, très propre et très organisé. La famille qui en est propriétaire était gentille et serviable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié d'être dans la vieille ville si proche de tous les sites.
Tout était parfait, l'hôte était très gentil, a partagé des informations sur l'emplacement, était très gentil avec des heures d'arrivée et de départ spécifiques,
Emplacement incroyable et confortableJ'ai tout aimé dans cet endroit, les hôtes, les emplacements, la propreté, l'équipement et le confort. Nos hôtes nous ont montré beaucoup de détails sur la ville, ils nous ont tout montré dans la maison et ont fourni toutes les fournitures pour le nettoyage et autres, la maison est à moins de 50 mètres de la rue principale à l'intérieur de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik, ce qui nous a rendu la vie beaucoup plus facile car nous n'avions pas à monter et descendre autant d'escaliers chaque fois que nous voulions sortir.
C'était un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement de réserver les appartements PK, j'y séjournerais à nouveau. L'emplacement de cet appartement était excellent, il était situé au centre de la vieille ville dans une rue charmante, l'appartement lui-même était spacieux, propre et les lits étaient confortables, le gestionnaire immobilier était très sympathique et réactif, il nous a accueillis à notre arrivée, nous a aidés à porter l'un de nos gros bagages à notre arrivée et à notre départ, ce qui était très utile pour les escaliers.
J'ai adoré Dubrovnik - beaucoup de marches à monter ! L'emplacement n'aurait pas pu être meilleur, bien qu'il n'y ait pas de parking (la propriété est dans la vieille ville), il y a un parking à proximité, mais il coûte 6,60 € de l'heure ! Notre excellent hôte a fait tout son possible pour nous aider à trouver un parking gratuit,
