The holiday flat is located on the outskirts of Stollberg in a quiet location. The flat is on the ground floor of a two-family house. The landlord lives on the first floor and has his own entrance. Dresden, Leipzig and Oberwiesental can be reached by car in about an hour. An adventure pool is located 6 km away in Thalheim and 12 km away in Geyer. There are thermal baths in Bad Schlema and Bad Wolkenstein.
