The terrace can be used completely open but also protected from the wind and sun behind 6 metres of seamless glazing. The glazing can be opened comfortably and easily and disappears to the side, so that the terrace can be used in any weather.from the modern and very comfortable sofa bed in the salon you can watch your favourite programmes on the new 65" Smart TV, in the bedroom there is another 55" TV where you can watch sports etc. independently of the salon. At the large communal pool, we have purchased two private sun loungers with parasols especially for our guests, which are labelled with the flat number M15. The padel tennis court can be used at any time and free of charge. An underground parking space is available to our guests free of charge, lift available and wheelchair accessible. There is a bakery right on the avenue for your fresh bread rolls in the morning and there are other supermarkets for your daily needs and nice cafes, bars and restaurants of various nationalities within a short walking distance.
